Telopea Park School's high school campus is being modernised and expanded to respond to enrolment growth in the Inner South.

Telopea Park School is Canberra’s oldest school in operation, founded in 1923.

In 2023, there are more than 1500 students in the school across primary and secondary years.

The expansion and modernisation of Telopea Park School’s high school campus will include creating space for 300 additional students as well as replacing the Relocatable Learning Units currently accommodating 200 students with a permanent structure.

The expansion and modernisation will take place in stages to allow for the continued operation of the school throughout the works.

Final completion of the project is expected during the 2027 school year.
