The ACT Government is improving cancer facilities, with a new cancer research centre.

The centre will be in the Canberra Region Cancer Centre (CRCC) at Canberra Hospital.

It will be co-located with a new wellbeing centre to deliver treatment, research, therapies and support in one place.

The centre will bring together the knowledge and expertise of academics, clinicians, industry and health professionals, in a purpose-built facility.

It will combine a research lab and clinic space where research, trials and sample processing can be combined into the care provided at the CRCC.
